How to:
- Mix meat, onion, garlic, soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, and maizena in a bowl.
- Cut Mantou or Pau into halves and apply the meat mixture on each slice.
- heat the frying oil.
- apply the mantou to beaten egg and coat it well.
- Deep Fry.
