Fried Meat Toasts

Ingredients:
Dish:
  • 300g minced meat
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic, finely chopped
  • 2tbs of soy sauce
  • a pinch of salt
  • a tbs of sugar
  • 1/4 tbs of ground white pepper
  • 1 tbs of maizena
  • Mantou or something similar like Pau
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • cooking oil
Dip:
  • Worchestershire sauce
  • Sliced Red Chilles
  • A pinch of salt

How to:
  1. Mix meat, onion, garlic, soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, and maizena in a bowl.
  2. Cut Mantou or Pau into halves and apply the meat mixture on each slice.
  3. heat the frying oil.
  4. apply the mantou to beaten egg and coat it well.
  5. Deep Fry.
